Well, how can I start? Oh, wait… Yeah. I thought that I had gotten over this strange obsession with blogging about the odd life I seem to have, but no. I couldn’t surrender and become a MySpace person, because I hate the way it was designed and plus most of the people who write there are people who like starting cat fights over a boy or two or a part of a subculture I loathe. I’ve already started a few years before with my writing-only Eternal Catharsis, read by friends, strangers and people who’d like to remain anonymous alike, so why stop now? By the way, if you like this place a lot, link back, it is not only nice, but considerate to do so and don’t forget to vote by clicking on “Technorati favourites” while you’re here.

  1. Why indeed? I like a writing-only site. This place has an interesting feel. Looking forward to watching what happens (anonymously, of course). No point having you track me down. Oops.

  2. Track you down? Kinda late for that! ๐Ÿ™‚ I link people who come here to the Blogroll ๐Ÿ˜›

  3. Nice trick appearing Anonymous your first comment. You know who this is, by the way, from the picture to the right. Thanks for stopping by and reading Very Short Novels.

  4. Yup, your welcome ๐Ÿ™‚ Make sure you check out my writing-only site, Eternal Catharsis on your way out! ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. You link me to the blogroll, huh?

    I’d like to see that.

  6. Hey mate, I like the new look. It’s a lot cleaner, looking good. How are your NaNoWriMo preparations coming? I’m still hesitating between two stories to choose. I’m pretty sure that it will be Symria, but a hard sci-fi story is always in the works.

  7. I’m just waiting until it hits and writing everything from inside my head, old-school style ๐Ÿ™‚ I will be doing a multi-genre piece of work this year.

  8. I’m writing some notes here and there, checking up on what other people are doing, but mostly concentrating on my own stuff. I’ll be adding a series of illustrations as well.

  9. Wow, illustrations? Interesting! Here comes the first concept-maker of the world’s first Picture-Novel! ๐Ÿ˜€

  10. I’m interested in what you mean with “traveled enough”. Is there a thing such as traveled enough? I guess I ask because I haven’t been anywhere and my biggest dream and obsession is to see everything I can, to go to every place worth seeing… *sigh*. Were you ever interested in this and got tired?

  11. For most of my life, I have traveled back and forth between two polarized countries that mark my ancestry and having belonged to neither, I feel conflicted between moving or staying. I hope that makes sense.

  12. I think it does. Maybe I take this stability for granted, and I want the opposite. But it’s also the fact that, despite having lived in the same place for my entire life, I still don’t feel like I belong to it; in fact, the longer I stay the stranger I feel. Maybe some place else will feel like home someday. And if it doesn’t, that’s an ever better reason to go to every possible place.

Now I hope that makes some sense too. ๐Ÿ˜›

  13. Funny, I was always thinking about moving to Europe. They like strange stuff, especially the Germans.
