The Virgilius Sade Dictionary

This is after a certain somebody said she wanted to put up a section on “Translating Virgilius” since some of them are unfamiliar with the terms used here at Randomly Relevant. Warning, this page contains stuff that children should not know until the age of sixteen or over. More entries coming on the way. Without further ado Ladies and Gents, I present to you; The Virgilius Sade Dictionary!

AFL - Short for the Australian Footy/Football League. The home of over-muscled males who’d prefer playing a brutal sport called Footy over helping their wives and children cook dinner, this organization also has several different teams including West Coast Eagles, Port Power and the “losers” of the organization, the Fremantle Dockers. These people are adored by party animals, people who abandon the Aussie spirit of “Fair Go” for the name of their team/the sport, Beer-bellies (Robbo the Yobbo), Gatecrashers, Control-freak parents/children/teens and everyone who lacks sportsmanship in more ways than one.

Australia - The world’s well known, apparently Kangaroo-infested dust bowl, crawling with Bananas, home of Steve Irwin, where everyone thinks we drink Fosters and act like the Crocodile Dundee and the whole thing about “Shrimp on the barbie”, which is actually a saying/proverb. Also the home of British convicts (descendants of actual convicts unknown) and Footy (AFL), the most dangerous sport there is.
